This website and our Terms and Conditions have been created for use within the United Kingdom and under UK law. Any goods or promotions not permitted under your local law are not offered to you.

 

It is your duty to read, understand and accept our Terms and Conditions before you purchase, as you enrol in a binding contract once the order is confirmed. We may change our terms and conditions without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.

 

We are careful to ensure that the descriptions and specifications of our goods are correct when they are posted on our website. However, while the colour reproduction of the goods on our website is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by browser software or the computer system used by you.

 

All orders made are subject to availability. We will try our best to keep all stock levels at the same level to what is publicised on the site, but we are not held responsible if an ordered item is no longer available. We will email you confirmation of this rejected order.

 

We aim to deliver all mainland UK standard orders in 2-5 working days. However, sometimes during holiday or busy periods, deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 5 working days, please contact us. Please allow up to 10 working days for delivery to anywhere outside the UK. Note that these delivery periods are expected guide-lines, but we will not be held liable if your delivery takes longer. We will not be liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the goods ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond its reasonable control.

 

All payments are received securely via PAYPAL. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason authorise payment, then you will be notified of this immediately at the time of order. We do not take responsibility if your credit/debit card is used fraudulently as a direct result of being used to buy from our website.

 

All prices quoted on this website are in pounds sterling, exclude delivery charges and are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) at the current rate. If custom or import duties are levied once the good reaches your destination country, you will be responsible for those charges or duties as we have no control over these charges and we cannot predict them.

 

When you place an order on our website we shall email you an acknowledgement. Our acceptance of an order does not take place until dispatch of the order, at which point the purchase contract will be made and you will be charged. Once you have completed your order and it has been accepted you will not be able to make any changes to your order.

 

We guarantee to exchange or refund any item you are not completely happy with Goods must be returned to us in condition as sold, within 7 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment once goods are received and checked. In the interests of hygiene we do not accept returns on pierced jewellery, or underwear or swimwear if the hygiene seal has been removed, unless they are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose. Please read and obey the washing/care instructions of your purchased item. We will not be held liable if these are not followed. We will not issue a refund on goods if they are not followed.

 

If you chose to return goods, unless they are proven faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for its registered return to us. We will refund the cost of postage after you are able to demonstrate that the item returned is faulty.

 

To return your item/s: please email us as info@Katana-Clothing.com and we will provide you with a returns form to be sent back with your returned package. We will not be held liable for items lost/damaged in transit and therefore strongly suggest that you obtain proof of posting.

 

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy. At Katana Clothing Ltd, we are committed to maintaining your privacy. Personal details are stored securely and will not be passed on to any third parties without warning.

 

While we have taken all reasonable steps to ensure an efficient service, it does not guarantee that the use of this website will be interruption or error free and will not be responsible for any disruption, loss of or corruption of any material in transit, or loss of or corruption of material or data when downloaded onto your computer.

 

We obtain the right to terminate or suspend the website and the service it offers at any time and without notice. These Terms and Conditions supersede any oral agreement made between us or representation of us.

 

If any of these Terms and Conditions is held to be unenforceable then the remaining Terms and Conditions shall continue to be enforceable in full.
