My payment has been declined
Don’t worry. This can happen for a number of reasons. Payments for Katana Clothing are accepted through PayPal, please check your registered account details with PayPal. If you have ample funds in your account, it’s most likely you entered one of the card digits incorrectly when registering, or your card has expired. If the problem persists, you may need to contact their customer services for further guidance.
Is it safe to order online?

I am not receiving your emails
One of the most common reasons for this is that your email software is marking emails from us as junk mail, and is sending them to your spam folder. To stop this from happening, please add firstname.lastname@example.org to your email address book, and emails from us should come through just fine.
