Delivery – UK Mainland
If your item is in stock, we will do our best to despatch your order the day you place it.
Orders are dispatched by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and will generally arrive within 2 – 5 working days from the date you place your order.
When your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation.
Please allow up to 10 days for unforeseen circumstances. In busy times we will inform you how long it will take us to process your order.
Recorded delivery items will arrive with your normal post but require a signature. Please make sure you are available to sign for your delivery. If you know you are usually out when the postman calls, you can ask us to send your parcel to a different address when your order is placed (please note we can deliver to your place of employment, but we do not deliver to PO Box addresses for security reasons).
If no one is available to sign for your delivery a card will be posted informing you that a delivery attempt was made; it is deemed to be your responsibility to contact/collect from the post office.
